Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to activate.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the countries listed at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For lost packages, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Returns & Refunds Policy
14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return. For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 30 days for processing in certain regions due to legal requirements.
Return Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).

“Wash & Distress” Process Expectations
Vintage-style hoodies using special wash, stone-wash, enzyme-wash, or distressing techniques will naturally exhibit:
- Minor color variations
- Localized fading
- Irregular textures
- Slight imperfections
These characteristics are intentional design elements, not defects. Detailed photos showing these features are provided on product pages.
First Wash Instructions & Shrinkage Responsibility
First Wash Guide:
- Machine wash cold inside out
- Use mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low or air dry flat
- Do not iron directly on prints
Severe shrinkage, distortion, or print cracking resulting from failure to follow these instructions is not grounds for return.
Embroidery & Complex Print Durability
Hoodies featuring large-area screen prints, puff prints, or precision embroidery:
- Have inherent durability limits with extended wear
- May develop natural cracking with age on printed areas
- May have loose threads in embroidered sections
Minor threads or subtle printing texture variations are normal and not considered defects. High-resolution detail images are provided prior to purchase.

- Become non-returnable once design files are confirmed

Vintage & Secondhand Items
Pre-owned hoodies are graded as:
- Like New: Minimal signs of wear
- Gently Worn: Light wear consistent with age
- Vintage Character: Noticeable aging, fading, or distressing
All vintage sales are final. Multiple photos show all characteristics. These items carry unique histories that we celebrate.
Seasonal Fabric Suitability
Each hoodie type includes a recommended “Ideal Wearing Temperature Range”:
- Lightweight: 60ยฐF+ (15ยฐC+)
- Midweight: 50-70ยฐF (10-21ยฐC)
- Heavyweight/Fleece-Lined: Below 50ยฐF (10ยฐC)
Returns due to incorrect warmth expectations are treated as standard returns.
Media & Sample Items
Items marked “Media Samples”:
- Were used for photography or press
- May have minimal signs of use (makeup, slight stretching)
- Are sold at discount
- Are final sale
All characteristics are shown in detailed photos.
Bundled Accessories
Hoodies sold with accessories (custom pins, patches):
- Require return of all unused accessories
- Missing accessories will be charged at retail price
- Partial returns are not accepted

Premium members receive one annual “try-on return” privilege allowing return of a gently tried hoodie (tags removed, one careful wash) if it remains in like-new condition.

- Only production defects qualify for replacement
- No returns for sizing errors after deadline
Natural Batch Variations
Even within the same style, different production batches may show:

These are normal textile industry variations and not grounds for exchange.
